- Own key metrics like Category Contribution %, Gross Margin, Sell-through.
- Build an assortment plan that meets online and store needs and then deliver a single detailed assortment to design.
- Launch new products and ranges, with a lead in market potential, competitiveness and desired product quality.
- Management of final investment plan and OTB based on business analysis
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure that products are being delivered as per the GTM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to agree on the packaging
- Lead product development efforts in beauty products based on fashion forecast and market trends
- Liaison with Marketing and Design teams to develop seasonal online/ in-store campaigns.
- Independently collaborating with various stakeholders in ensuring the product launch happens as per the seasonal GTM calendar.
- Responsible for the timely submission of all samples as required.
- Work very closely with other teams by presenting new upcoming or prevailing ideas in the industry on regular basis and should also give suggestions or ideas about new technologies or new products.
- Understand the product development requirement and account for the same in the seasonal development calendar.
- Collaborate with various retail channels and facilitate better sales and performance for the category.
- Bachelor's in any field
- Experience : 2-3 years
- Proven working experience in Product Management.
