Physical activity may help flush bacteria out of your lungs and airways, which can make you less prone to feeling sick. Exercising daily can also cause a change in antibodies and white blood cells, increasing your immune response naturally. 


Tip #2: Healthy Eating

Stuffing your body full of junk food is never a good idea. You never know what's going to be inside the junk food you're eating. Aside from trans fats, junk food is also high in sugars and other chemicals that can severely impact your hormones.


Along with hormone levels fluctuation, junk food can also impact your immune system response. When you eat healthy food instead, your body not only feels lighter but reacts faster too. Keep your body in fighting condition with the right food. 


Tip #3: Good Sleep and Hydration

Without the bare minimum sleep, your body can end up feeling tired and exhausted. When you are constantly feeling tired, your body may not fight any infections and bacteria.


Drinking at least 2 liters of water is crucial when you want to ensure that your digestion, immune system, and circulation system are on the right track. Not keeping hydrated can also lead to feeling fatigued, which can lower your immune response to foreign bacteria. 


Tip #4: Do Everything in Moderation

While smoking and drinking aren't precisely recommended, you should know the ramifications if you intend to do it anyway. Smoking can cause your lung system to weaken over time and lower its ability to resist various respiratory and contagious infections. 


Similarly, drinking excessively can impact your liver, digestion, throat, and much more. It's recommended that smoking, especially when living in cities with high air pollution, should be stopped entirely. Drinking should be done moderately and not often. 


Tip #5: Understanding What Drives Your Immunity
